Three eggs, Italian sausage, prosciutto ham, onion, peppers, potato with three cheese blend.

RICOTTA PANCAKES

Short stack of fluffy ricotta pancakes served with Italian sausage, fresh fruit and maple syrup.

BAKED ITALIAN EGGS

Three eggs, crumbled Italian sausage, marinara sauce, fresh basil, roasted garlic and parmesan cheese.  Baked in a cast iron skillet. Served with home fries and toast.
